We are looking for an experienced Hospitality & Retail Services Coordinator to support daily operations across hospitality, retail, and catering services while ensuring high service quality, safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate daily hospitality, retail, and catering operations.
• Support retail marketing, promotional activities, merchandising, and catering service enhancements.
• Coordinate with service providers to maintain high operational and service standards.
• Monitor health, safety, and hygiene compliance across service areas.
• Assist with service contracts and lease agreements for retail and catering vendors.
• Organize and support community events, pop-up shops, and catering services.
• Conduct regular facility inspections for quality and compliance.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback and support service improvements.
• Coordinate retail and catering services and manage inventory and stock levels.
• Assist with budget monitoring and cost control.
• Support future retail and hospitality development projects.
• Resolve service issues and customer complaints in coordination with service providers.
• Ensure findings are properly addressed and closed in the relevant system.
🎓 Qualifications
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
💼 Experience Required
✔ 3–5 years of relevant operational experience in hospitality, retail, or catering.
✔ Experience with HSE, service quality, and operational compliance.
