I have worked in both Pakistan and Saudi Arabia on large-scale and high-risk projects, including the OGDCL Bettani Project in Pakistan, the NEOM Green Hydrogen Project, and the Taif Entertainment Complex in Saudi Arabia. Currently working as HSE OFFICER at Power China Solar project.
I hold internationally recognized HSE certifications such as NEBOSH IGC, IOSH Managing Safely, OSHA, and ISO 45001:2018 OH&S Lead Auditor, which have strengthened my knowledge of international safety standards, risk assessment, and legal compliance.
In my role as an HSE Officer, I am responsible for implementing HSE policies, conducting hazard identification and risk assessments, managing the Permit to Work system for high-risk activities such as hot work, excavation, lifting operations, working at height, and confined space entry. I regularly conduct site inspections, deliver toolbox talks and safety training, monitor contractor safety performance, and ensure PPE compliance.
I also carry out incident and near-miss investigations, prepare reports, and coordinate emergency drills and fire safety arrangements in coordination with clients, consultants, and contractors. Overall, I am a proactive and safety-focused professional, committed to maintaining a strong safety culture and supporting project teams in achieving zero accidents.”
