🔧 Key Responsibilities
Set up and adjust gluing machine parameters according to product format, material, and glue type.
Control glue temperature, pressure, and application quantity.
Ensure accurate and consistent bonding without leakage, deformation, or misalignment.
Operate and monitor gluing machinery efficiently.
Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting when required.
Maintain quality standards and production efficiency.
🛠️ Required Knowledge
Candidates should have practical experience with different gluing systems, including:
Hot-melt glue
Cold glue
Solvent-based glue
