We are looking for a vibrant, energetic, and customer-focused female professional to join our Turkish restaurant team as a Cashier Cum Floor Manager.
Key Requirements
* Fluent in Arabic and English – speaking and communication.
* Previous experience in restaurant/hospitality operations is preferred.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Well-behaved, friendly, confident, and professional with customers.
* Strong personality with the ability to control and manage the complete restaurant floor.
* Able to coordinate effectively between customers, waiters, kitchen, cashier, and management.
* Strong knowledge of POS, cash handling, billing, and daily cashier operations.
* Excellent leadership and team-management skills.
* Deep marketing knowledge, especially social media marketing.
* Strong practical experience with Snapchat and TikTok, including creating engaging content, understanding trends, increasing reach, and growing followers.
* Creative, energetic, proactive, and ready to take responsibility.
* Must be ready and willing to relocate to Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities
* Manage the cashier and complete front-of-house operations.
* Maintain excellent customer service and handle customer concerns professionally.
* Control the restaurant floor and ensure smooth service during busy hours.
* Supervise and coordinate the service team.
* Support daily sales, promotions, and restaurant marketing activities.
* Manage and grow the restaurant’s presence on Snapchat and TikTok.
* Create and coordinate engaging social media content to increase customer visits and sales.
* Monitor customer feedback, engagement, and online performance.
