- Working Experience at least 03 years with multinational E&C Company
- Must be Transferable Iqama
- Educational Qualification : Graduate
- Compulsory Language : Reading, Writing and Speaking in English
Key Responsibilities-
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, printers, and peripherals.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
Set up user accounts, email accounts, and system access permissions.
Monitor and maintain network performance and security.
Perform routine system updates, backups, and preventive maintenance.
Install and configure operating systems and business applications.
Document technical issues, solutions, and maintenance activities.
Replace faulty hardware components and upgrade computer systems as needed.
Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and data protection procedures.
Assist in managing inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
Required Qualifications -
Diploma, Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in IT support or a similar technical role.
Familiarity with networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, and LAN/WAN.
Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and common business applications.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills-
Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Azure.
IT certifications such as Microsoft Certified, or Cisco CCNA..
