The annual rent is SAR 73,000. This is the third year of the tenancy with no rent increase, so the new tenant may reasonably expect the rent to remain at a similar level. The new tenant would need to pay only the remaining 9 months of rent (SAR 54,750), with the lease transfer arrangement completed officially through Ejar. The agreement/transfer start date can be flexible and can be managed based on mutual convenience.
I am also selling the household furniture and appliances together for SAR 20,000, including custom-built bed sets, kids’ beds, a large built-in almirah, lounge sofa, drawing room sofa set, an 85-inch Sony LED TV, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, cooking range, and other household items. Most of the electrical appliances are still under warranty and are in good condition.
