Position: Business Coordinator / Vendor Prequalification Engineer

TSME Engineering is looking for an experienced Business Coordinator / Vendor Prequalification Engineer to support our business development, vendor registration, and prequalification activities in Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage vendor registration and prequalification processes
* Prepare and submit company profiles, PQ documents and compliance records
* Register and update the company on client and contractor portals
* Monitor registration status, renewals and outstanding documentation
* Coordinate with clients, consultants and internal departments
* Identify new business opportunities, RFQs and tender invitations
* Maintain vendor-registration trackers and submit regular progress reports
* Support business development presentations, proposals and tender documentation
Preferred Experience:
Candidates with hands-on vendor registration and prequalification experience with the following organizations will be given preference:
* Saudi Aramco
* SABIC
* SEC
* Ma’aden
* SATORP
* Sadara
* KJO
* Major EPC contractors and private industrial companies in Saudi Arabia
Candidate Requirements:
* Relevant engineering or business-related qualification
* Previous experience in vendor registration, prequalification or business coordination
* Good knowledge of Saudi industrial and EPC market requirements
* Strong English communication and documentation skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online registration portals
* Ability to work independently and follow up with multiple organizations
* Transferable Iqama and eligibility for local transfer
* Immediate availability will be an advantage
