Project Manger/Construction Manager/Sr.Civiil Engineer

I am Islam Gul (PMP), a B.Sc. Civil Engineer and Construction Manager with 26+ years of experience, including 16 years in the Gulf. I hold PMP certification from PMI and professional registrations with the Saudi Council of Engineers and Pakistan Engineering Council. I am an approved Construction Manager for major Saudi entities including NEOM, MODON, and the Ministry of Water & Electricity, with a transferable KSA Iqama.

My experience covers major infrastructure, petrochemical, industrial, oil & gas, water and wastewater treatment, utilities, roads, buildings, and large-scale earthworks projects. I have worked with leading organizations and clients including NEOM/Bechtel, Fluor/SABIC, Royal Commission, Ministry of Water & Electricity, MODON, National Guard, and major organizations in Pakistan.

I have strong expertise in construction management, project planning and execution, multidisciplinary team leadership, stakeholder and interface management, cost control, variation orders, HSE, quality assurance, risk management, subcontractor management, and project reporting. I have successfully managed technically challenging projects while maintaining safety, quality, schedule, and budget objectives.
