POSITION:
FIT-OUT PROJECT ENGINEER / PROJECT MANAGER
📍 LOCATION: SAUDI ARABIA

EXPERIENCE

Minimum 4–7 years of experience in Interior Fit-Out Projects.
REQUIREMENTS
--------------------------
Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
Strong knowledge of Interior Fit-Out works and project execution.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project and MS Office.
Excellent knowledge of BOQ, estimation, planning, billing and costing.
Strong communication, coordination and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Plan, organize and manage fit-out projects from start to completion.
Prepare project schedules, BOQ, material approvals and method statements.
Coordinate with consultants, clients, suppliers and site teams.
Monitor site progress, quality and safety to ensure timely project delivery.
Manage subcontractors, resources, procurement and site execution.
Ensure compliance with company standards, client requirements and local regulations.
