Who We are Looking For:
Strong knowledge of Saudi Labour Law, Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Nitaqat & government portals
Excellent communication skills in Malayalam, Arabic and English (all three preferred)
Experience handling blue collar and white collar workforce
Someone who can talk to a Saudi official in Arabic and explain it to the team in English, Hindi & Malayalam in the same breath
Minimum 5 years HR experience in Saudi Arabia
Transferable Iqama preferred
Kerala background strongly welcome
The Role:
HR compliance, contracts, government portals
Employee relations and workforce management
Saudization management and Nitaqat compliance
Accommodation, transportation and camp management
Reporting directly to senior management
