We are seeking an experienced and certified Rigger-1 for an upcoming project located in Jizan, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of heavy lifting operations, rigging safety standards, and Aramco lifting regulations.
Key Responsibilities
1) Plan, supervise, and execute complex and heavy lifting operations in compliance with Aramco safety standards and project requirements.
2) Inspect, select, and maintain all rigging equipment, including slings, shackles, cranes, and hoists, prior to every lift.
3) Signal crane operators and coordinate safe movement of loads to prevent accidents or equipment damage.
4) Conduct thorough Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) and participate in daily toolbox talks with the lifting team.
5) Ensure all lifting gear is certified, color-coded, and in optimal working condition.
Qualifications & Requirements
1) Certification: Valid Aramco Certified Rigger-1 credential (mandatory).
2) Experience: Proven field experience in heavy lifting and rigging operations within the oil, gas, or construction industry, preferably within Saudi Aramco projects.
3) Skills: Excellent understanding of crane capacities, load charts, hand signals, and rigging geometry.
4) Safety Orientation: Strong commitment to HSE policies and safe working procedures.
