WJL Group, a leading Telecommunications and IT Infrastructure entity based in Riyadh, is executing massive projects. We are NOT looking for a traditional desk engineer waiting for a monthly salary. We are looking for an "Operational Partner & Field Leader":
You MUST have:
Deep knowledge of the Saudi market and direct relationships with local Suppliers for Telecom, IT, and smart devices.
A ready Installation Team (or the ability to assemble one instantly) and the willingness to supervise them directly in the field to ensure quality execution.
Hands-on experience executing projects involving PBX (Grandstream, Yeastar, DrayTek), Networking, and Smart Home systems.
Strict Notice: We do NOT deal with CCTV or camera installations of any kind. Please do not apply if your primary expertise is in cameras.
The Compensation Model (Read Carefully):
We do NOT offer a fixed monthly salary. This is a pure Profit-Sharing Partnership based on the successful delivery of each project. The more projects your team executes and supervises, the higher your income. There is no ceiling on your earnings.
