Strong knowledge of Saudi Aramco Construction Safety Manual (CSM), HSE management systems, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Risk Assessment, Permit to Work (PTW), incident investigation, emergency response, safety inspections, and contractor safety management.
Experienced in preparing HSE plans, conducting client walk-through inspections, delivering Toolbox Talks (TBT), training workers, and ensuring compliance with project safety requirements with a goal of achieving zero incidents.
Experienced in Prepare and review Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Risk Assessments (RA), Method Statements, and safe work procedures before the commencement of critical activities.
Experienced in Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports, Participate in client meetings, HSE audits, and emergency response drills.
Lead incident investigations and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Conduct HSE induction training for newly mobilized employees.
Monitor Permit to Work (PTW) activities including hot work, confined space entry, excavation, lifting operations, electrical work, and working at height.
Coordinate with construction teams to ensure all critical activities are carried out safely.
