Requirements:
10–15+ years of relevant construction experience.
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
Proven experience managing QA/QC activities on large-scale construction projects.
50%–60% of total experience MUST be in 5-Star Hotels and High-Rise Buildings.
Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, ITPs, Method Statements, inspections, testing and commissioning.
Good knowledge of international standards, codes and project specifications.
Strong leadership, communication and coordination skills.
Candidates currently available in Saudi Arabia and ready for immediate joining will be preferred.
