Premium Sweets is looking for an experienced **Bakery Production Supervisor** who can manage daily bakery production while also helping develop sales and distribution opportunities.
### Key Responsibilities
* Plan, supervise, and maintain **daily bakery production** according to demand and orders.
* Ensure consistent product quality, freshness, presentation, and production standards.
* Manage bakery staff, raw materials, inventory, wastage, and production efficiency.
* Develop sales opportunities for bakery products with **coffee shops, cafés, restaurants, departmental stores, supermarkets, hotels, catering companies, and other retail or B2B customers**.
* Visit potential customers, present products, build business relationships, and generate regular orders.
* Coordinate production with customer orders and delivery requirements.
* Identify new products and market opportunities to increase bakery sales.
### Requirements
* Minimum **5 years of professional bakery production experience**.
* Previous experience supervising bakery production and staff.
* **Proven experience selling or supplying bakery products to cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, retail stores, or other business customers is highly preferred.**
* Strong knowledge of bakery production planning, quality control, inventory, and wastage management.
* Good communication, negotiation, leadership, and customer-development skills.
