My experience includes HSE site supervision, risk assessment, HIRA/JSA, RAMS review, Permit to Work (PTW), LOTO, toolbox talks, safety inspections, lifting and crane safety, scaffolding, work at height, confined spaces, excavation and trenching, emergency preparedness, incident investigation, and corrective-action follow-up.
I have also gained hands-on experience in mobile crane and earth-moving equipment inspections, lifting operations, equipment safety, and technical inspection activities. During my NEOM experience, I supervised more than 500 high-risk lifting operations while maintaining full compliance and no recorded incidents during the assigned project phases.
My professional qualifications include NEBOSH International General Certificate, IOSH Managing Safely, OSH Academy Construction Safety and Health training, and CPR/AED/First Aid certification. I am also experienced with HSE documentation, audits, technical reviews, ISO/IEC 17020 requirements, and workforce safety training.
