Petropan General Contracting Company is looking for a multi-talented and experienced Project Manager capable of handling the complete project cycle from project review and estimation to tendering, project execution, cost control and completion.
Key Responsibilities
• Review and evaluate new project enquiries and RFQs.
• Study scope of work, BOQ, drawings and specifications.
• Conduct technical and commercial feasibility assessments.
• Recommend Bid / No-Bid decisions.
• Prepare project estimates, BOQ and detailed cost calculations.
• Evaluate manpower, materials, equipment and subcontractor requirements.
• Obtain and compare supplier/subcontractor quotations.
• Prepare and finalize tender pricing.
• Support client negotiations and contract finalization.
• Plan and manage projects from mobilization to completion.
• Monitor project schedule, cost, manpower, materials and productivity.
• Coordinate with Operations, Procurement, Finance, HR, QA/QC and HSE teams.
• Monitor estimated vs. actual project costs and profitability.
• Identify variations, additional works and commercial opportunities.
• Manage client, consultant, supplier and subcontractor relationships.
• Prepare project progress and management reports.
• Ensure proper project handover and close-out.
Minimum qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
• 10–15 years total experience.
• At least 5 years in Saudi Arabia would be highly preferable.
• Industrial/EPC/Oil & Gas experience preferred.
• Strong Excel and estimation skills.
• Experience with Aramco/SABIC/or major EPC contractors is a strong advantage.
• Good English communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to lead multiple projects and teams.
