About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and hardworking female ground staff member to join our team! In this role, you will help us make delicious popsicles at our factory and sell them at exciting outdoor events (markets, festivals, and fairs).
Key Responsibilities
1. Factory Production Support
- Help prepare and make popsicles according to our recipes.
- Package, label, and safely store frozen products.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and work areas to keep everything hygienic.
- Assist with inventory checks and stock organized in the freezer.
2. Event Sales & Customer Service
- Work at outdoor event booths to sell popsicles directly to customers.
- Greet visitors with a friendly smile and answer questions about flavors.
- Handle cash and digital payments accurately.
- Keep the event booth clean, neat, and well-stocked.
Requirements
- Gender: Female (from Nepal, Philippines or Sri Lanka).
- Basic to fluent English (spoken Arabic is an added advantage).
- Friendly, polite, and great at talking to people.
- Punctual and reliable.
- Able to stand for long periods (both in the factory and at events) and move light equipment.
- Must be flexible to work evenings and weekend shifts during scheduled events.
- Comfortable working in outdoor weather during events.
- Basic math skills for handling money.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or food preparation is a plus (but not required!).
