1- perform preventive maintenance of Hvac units(Package,duct split, wall mounted split units)
2- Able to diagnose the issues during preventive maintenance.
3- Diagnose complex electrical and mechanical faults across different control systems, including programmable thermostats, digital controllers, and electromechanical relays.
4- Troubleshoot refrigeration cycle anomalies (e.g., low superheat, high subcooling, restricted expansion valves, compressor overheating) and execute proper recovery, evacuation, and refrigerant charging in compliance with environmental regulations.
5- Analyze blower motor performance, check fan belt tension and alignment, lubricate motor bearings, and inspect pulleys on package and ducted split air handling units (AHUs).
6- Test and calibrate safety controls, including high/low-pressure switches, overload relays, and freeze stats.
7- Maintain accurate, up-to-date equipment service logs, work orders, and digital maintenance checklists for every assigned asset.
Driving liscence is mandatory company will provide car, its maintenance fuel card and accomodation
