We are looking for a skilled and experienced AC Technician to join our maintenance team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of various types of air-conditioning and refrigeration systems.
The AC Technician must have good knowledge of different AC units and be able to diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and cooling-related problems efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
-Install, inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair various types of air-conditioning systems.
-Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of AC units and related equipment.
-Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration problems.
-Check and repair compressors, condensers, evaporators, thermostats, motors, fans, filters, and -other AC components.
-Inspect refrigerant levels and perform refrigerant charging and recovery when required.
-Identify and repair refrigerant leaks.
-Clean and maintain indoor and outdoor AC units, coils, filters, drainage lines, and related components.
-Perform regular preventive maintenance to ensure efficient operation of all AC systems.
-Respond promptly to AC breakdowns and emergency maintenance requests.
-Inspect electrical connections, control panels, capacitors, contactors, and other electrical components.
-Maintain proper records of maintenance, repairs, inspections, and replacement parts.
-Report major equipment problems and recommend necessary repairs or replacement.
-Ensure all work is performed in accordance with company policies and applicable safety procedures.
-Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good and safe condition.
-Coordinate with the Maintenance Supervisor or Facility Manager regarding scheduled and emergency maintenance activities.
-Perform other maintenance-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements
-Diploma, Technical Certificate, or equivalent qualification in Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, HVAC, Mechanical, or a related field.
-Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience as an AC/HVAC Technician.
-Experience working with different types of air-conditioning systems.
-Good knowledge of HVAC electrical and mechanical components.
-Ability to troubleshoot and repair AC and refrigeration-related problems.
-Knowledge of refrigerant handling and charging procedures.
-Ability to read basic technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals.
-Familiarity with preventive maintenance procedures.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team.
-Physically capable of performing maintenance work.
-Good communication skills.
-Experience working in Saudi Arabia or GCC countries is an advantage.
