Requirements:
- Professional experience in bread making and bakery production
- Strong knowledge of artisan bread and dough preparation
- Hands-on experience with sourdough and naturally fermented doughs
- Good understanding of fermentation, shaping, proofing, and baking
- Passionate about quality, consistency, and traditional bread-making techniques
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
