Guest & Protocol Management
Oversee all arrangements for majlis sessions — seating protocol based on rank, tribal/family hierarchy, and diplomatic status
Coordinate arrival and departure logistics for guests, including dignitaries, government officials, and family members
Ensure adherence to Gulf customs and etiquette (order of greeting, seating precedence, gift protocol)
Liaise with royal court/palace protocol office on state or ceremonial visits
Operations & Staffing

Train staff in traditional Gulf hospitality practices (qahwa and dallah service, incense/bakhoor presentation, date service)
