A logistics company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is looking for an experienced Accountant Cum Operations professional.
Position: Accountant Cum Operations
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Nationality: 🇪🇬 Egyptian candidates only
Employment: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily accounting transactions, AP, AR, and general ledger.
Prepare invoices, payment requests, receipts, and reconciliations.
Handle bank reconciliation and maintain accurate financial records.
Assist with monthly closing, financial reporting, and payroll.
Manage VAT records and support ZATCA compliance.
Monitor customer and vendor balances and follow up on outstanding payments.
Manage daily logistics operations and coordinate with drivers/riders.
Monitor orders, attendance, productivity, vehicles, and operational KPIs.
Prepare daily and monthly accounting and operational reports.
Coordinate with clients, drivers, and internal teams to resolve operational issues.
Monitor operational expenses and maintain proper documentation.
Support payroll and incentive calculations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in accounting and logistics operations.
Previous experience in a logistics, delivery, transportation, or fleet company is preferred.
Strong Excel and accounting/ERP skills.
Good knowledge of VAT and ZATCA requirements.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
