* Proven experience in preparing, writing, and managing winning commercial and technical bids.
* Strong technical writing and communication skills within the construction/EPC sector.
2. MEP / Electrical / CSA Estimator
* 5+ years of solid estimation experience within an EPC environment.
* Strong expertise in quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimation for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) scopes.
Additional Details:
* Data center / mission-critical project experience is a distinct advantage.
* Must be available locally / ready to join immediately.
