HSE/Safety Officer with 4+ years of experience in Saudi Arabia across construction and project environments. NEBOSH Level 3 International General Certificate holder with experience in HSE inspections, risk assessment, hazard identification and control, incident and accident investigation, Permit to Work (PTW), PPE compliance, electrical safety, confined space, work at height, emergency response, worker induction, safety training, and HSE reporting. Experienced in coordinating with management, engineers, site teams, clients, and subcontractors to maintain safe working conditions and comply with HSE procedures and regulations. Currently based in Riyadh and seeking HSE Officer, Safety Officer, or related HSE opportunities in Saudi Arabia.
