HSE Offficer

I am looking for an experienced HSE Officer with 5 years of experience in construction and industrial projects. The candidate should have strong knowledge of HSE procedures, risk assessment, JSA, Permit to Work (PTW), toolbox talks, safety inspections, incident investigation, work at height, confined space, lifting operations, fire safety, PPE, and emergency response.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct daily site safety inspections and identify hazards.
Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings.
Prepare and review Risk Assessments, JSA and Method Statements.
Monitor Permit to Work activities.
Ensure proper PPE compliance and safe working practices.
Monitor work at height, lifting, hot work, confined space and other high-risk activities.
Investigate incidents, accidents and near misses.
Prepare daily and weekly HSE reports and checklists.
Coordinate with supervisors and workers to ensure HSE requirements are followed.
Stop unsafe work and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Promote a strong safety culture and maintain a safe working environment.
