Position: Architectural Technical Engineer – 7–10 Years
Requirements:
7–10 years of relevant architectural engineering experience
Strong building/construction project experience
Excellent experience in architectural drawings and shop drawing review
Strong knowledge of architectural finishes and construction details
Experience with technical submittals, materials, and specifications
Good site coordination experience
GCC/Saudi experience preferred
Riyadh-based candidates preferred
Immediate joining preferred
Roles & Responsibilities:
Review architectural drawings, shop drawings, and construction details
Review material and technical submittals
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and site teams
Monitor architectural and finishing works at site
Ensure works are carried out as per approved drawings and specifications
Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other disciplines
Identify and resolve architectural/site technical issues
Check quality of finishes and architectural works
Prepare technical reports and support project documentation
