JOB DESCRIPTION – DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST

1. POSITION INFORMATION

Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist
Employment Type: Full-Time

2. JOB PURPOSE

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, managing, and optimizing digital marketing activities for Extraordinary Solutions and its subsidiaries. The role focuses on increasing brand awareness, generating qualified leads, supporting sales growth, managing digital channels, and improving online engagement through data-driven marketing strategies.

The position manages digital marketing activities across social media, websites, search engines, email marketing, paid advertising, and other digital platforms while ensuring consistent ES branding and messaging.

The role supports the marketing objectives of Extraordinary Solutions and its subsidiaries, including Extraordinary Cart, Extraordinary Rental, ES Maintenance & Spare Parts, Extraordinary Power, Extraordinary Technology, Extraordinary Parking, Extraordinary Advisory, and Extraordinary Factory.

3. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

3.1 Digital Marketing Campaigns
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns based on approved marketing objectives.
Develop campaigns to increase brand awareness, website traffic, lead generation, and customer engagement.
Manage campaign schedules, target audiences, content, budgets, and performance.
Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data and results.

3.2 Social Media Management
Manage the company's social media accounts and digital presence.
Create, schedule, publish, and monitor relevant content.
Maintain an approved content calendar.
Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and customer inquiries and coordinate responses when required.
Ensure all social media content follows ES brand guidelines and communication standards.

3.3 Content Creation
Develop digital marketing content, including:
Social media posts
Graphics and promotional materials
Videos and short-form content
Website content
Advertisements
Email campaigns
Marketing copy
Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, agencies, and internal teams when additional support is required.
Ensure content is accurate, relevant, professional, and aligned with company objectives.

3.4 Website and SEO
Maintain and update company website content.
Publish approved products, services, news, campaigns, and other marketing materials.
Apply basic SEO practices to improve search visibility.
Monitor website traffic, user behavior, and conversion performance.
Identify opportunities to improve website content, usability, and lead generation.

3.5 Paid Digital Advertising
Create, manage, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns.
Manage campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other approved channels.
Monitor advertising budgets, audience targeting, bidding, impressions, clicks, leads, conversions, and cost per lead.
Conduct basic A/B testing and recommend improvements to campaign performance.
Ensure advertising activities remain within approved budgets.

3.6 Analytics and Reporting
Monitor digital marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and other approved platforms.
Track key performance indicators, including:
Website traffic
Reach and impressions
Engagement
Leads generated
Conversion rates
Cost per lead
Advertising spend
Return on investment (ROI)
Prepare accurate weekly and monthly digital marketing reports.
Provide clear recommendations based on campaign results and data analysis.

3.7 Email Marketing and Lead Nurturing

Plan and execute email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
Maintain and organize approved customer and prospect databases.
Develop email content and campaign schedules.
Monitor open rates, click-through rates, responses, and conversions.
Support lead nurturing activities and coordinate qualified leads with the Sales team.
3.8 Market and Competitor Analysis

Monitor digital marketing trends, customer behavior, market developments, and competitor activities.
Conduct basic competitor analysis across websites, social media, advertising, and digital campaigns.
Identify opportunities to improve ES's digital presence and market positioning.
Provide practical recommendations to the Marketing Manager / Head of Marketing.

3.9 Internal Coordination
Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Product, Customer Service, HR, and other departments on marketing requirements.
Support product launches, promotions, exhibitions, events, and corporate initiatives.
Collect required information from internal departments and convert it into appropriate digital marketing content.
Ensure marketing materials are completed and delivered according to approved timelines.

3.10 Brand Management
Ensure all digital content follows ES brand guidelines and approved communication standards.
Maintain consistency in company logos, colors, messaging, product information, and visual identity.
Review digital materials before publication to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
Escalate any branding or communication concerns to the Marketing Manager / Head of Marketing.

3.11 Digital Tools and Innovation
Stay updated on digital marketing platforms, tools, technologies, AI applications, and industry best practices.
Identify practical tools that can improve marketing productivity, content creation, reporting, automation, and campaign performance.
Use AI and other approved digital tools responsibly to improve efficiency while maintaining accuracy and brand standards.

4. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)

Performance will be evaluated based on measurable results, including:

Digital leads generated.
Qualified leads generated from digital channels.
Website traffic and conversion performance.
Social media reach, engagement, and audience growth.
Paid advertising performance and cost per lead.
Campaign ROI and conversion rates.
Email campaign open, click-through, and conversion rates.
Content publishing consistency and adherence to the approved content calendar.
Accuracy and timeliness of weekly and monthly reports.
Website and SEO performance improvements.
Compliance with ES branding and marketing standards.
Timely completion of assigned marketing activities.

5. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Experience
2–4 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, social media, online advertising, or a similar role.
Experience managing multiple digital channels and marketing campaigns.
Experience with paid advertising platforms and digital analytics tools.
Experience in B2B, automotive, mobility, technology, industrial, or related industries is an advantage.
