✅ Lead and manage Shared Services functions, including **Procurement, Warehousing, Transportation, Accommodation, Maintenance, Technical Support, and IT**.
✅ Develop and implement effective strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
✅ Oversee the operating budget and ensure financial efficiency and cost control.
✅ Lead, develop, and motivate a high-performing team toward operational excellence.
✅ Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
### 🔹 Requirements:
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field**.
📊 **5–8 years of experience** in Operations Management or Shared Services, including **2–4 years in a leadership role**.
💡 Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
📈 Proficiency in **ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and data analysis tools**.
🗣️ Fluency in **Arabic and English**.
