Experience & Qualifications:
Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience as a forklift technician, with a focus on electric forklifts
Technical diploma/certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Electronics (or equivalent trade qualification)
Preferably experienced with the Jungheinrich brand of forklifts
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of electric forklift systems: batteries, chargers, motors, controllers, and wiring
Skilled in diagnosing and repairing electrical/electronic faults using diagnostic tools and OEM service manuals
Working knowledge of hydraulic and mechanical systems (mast, lift mechanism, brakes, steering)
Able to carry out both scheduled preventive maintenance and breakdown/emergency repairs
Comfortable reading technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and parts catalogues
Certifications & Licenses:
Valid Bahraini driving license (required)
Personal Attributes:
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Able to work independently on client sites across Bahrain with minimal supervision
Good communication skills for liaising with clients and reporting on job/repair status
Physically able to handle workshop and warehouse-based repair work
Safety-conscious and familiar with standard workshop/site safety protocols
Additional Requirements:
Basic computer literacy for service/job reports
Willingness to travel to client sites and, where needed, respond to urgent breakdowns outside standard hours
