We are looking for ERP Developers / ERP Functional Consultants to join our growing team in Bahrain.
We are open to candidates with experience in any ERP platform — ERPNext, Odoo, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or other ERP solutions. Experience in ERP implementation, development, consulting, or business process management is valuable.
What you’ll work on:
* ERP implementation, configuration, and customization
* Business process analysis and workflow design
* Accounts, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, HR, Manufacturing, CRM, and other ERP modules
* ERP integrations, APIs, and system development
* Data migration and system setup
* User training and post-implementation support
* Troubleshooting and system optimization
* Understanding client requirements and converting them into practical ERP solutions

Experience with any ERP is welcome. ERPNext/Frappe experience is an advantage, but not mandatory.
For technical roles, knowledge of Python, JavaScript, APIs, databases, or web development is an advantage.
For functional roles, experience in accounting, sales, procurement, inventory, HR, manufacturing, CRM, or business workflow design is valuable.
Mentorship & Growth:
You will work with experienced team members and mentors who will guide you through ERP implementation, functional requirements, development, troubleshooting, and client handling.
Even if you have experience with a different ERP, we are happy to consider you if you have a strong understanding of ERP concepts and business processes.
