Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and test parking equipment such as ticket dispensers, barriers, automatic pay stations, LPR cameras, and access control devices.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on parking systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and networking issues.
Coordinate with the project and technical teams to ensure proper system integration and commissioning.
Read and interpret wiring diagrams, layout drawings, and technical manuals.
Conduct on-site inspections, report findings, and document maintenance activities.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company quality procedures.
Support remote troubleshooting when required.
Provide technical assistance and training to end users when necessary.

Requirements:
Diploma or degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
Proven experience in electromechanical installations, automation systems, or access control equipment.
Basic knowledge of networking (LAN, IP configuration, cabling) and low-voltage systems.
Ability to read technical drawings and wiring schematics.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Willingness to travel and work on-site, sometimes under tight deadlines.
Valid driving license
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).


Working Conditions:
Field-based role with travel to multiple client sites.
Weekend or after-hours work may be required during installations or urgent maintenance.
Reports to the Technical Manager.
Preferred Experience (Optional):
Previous experience with parking systems brands such as Skidata, Scheidt & Bachmann, Designa, Quercus, or similar.
Basic IT or software configuration experience (e.g., Cameras, Windows/Linux Servers, IP devices)
