About the Role
A fully motivated and technically skilled Network & IT Support Engineer to join our IT team and support the IT infrastructure across our company locations in Bahrain.
The ideal candidate should have good hands-on knowledge of networking, Windows systems, hardware troubleshooting, and basic IT infrastructure administration, with a willingness to learn and take responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage, monitor, and maintain network infrastructure across company locations.
• Configure and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and other network devices.
• Support and maintain Windows Servers and Active Directory / Domain Controller environments.
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot firewall systems.
• Support and maintain PBX / telephone systems.
• Monitor and troubleshoot CCTV systems.
• Install, configure, and support computers, printers, barcode printers, and other IT equipment.
• Perform hardware diagnostics, troubleshooting, and basic repairs.
• Provide technical support to end users and resolve day-to-day IT issues.
• Assist with IT infrastructure installations, upgrades, and new projects.
• Maintain basic IT documentation, asset records, and network information.
• Travel between company locations as required to provide IT support.
Required Technical Knowledge
Candidates should have good working knowledge of:
• IT Networking – TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS, Wi-Fi, VLANs
• Windows Server Administration
• Active Directory / Domain Controllers
• Firewall Configuration and Troubleshooting
• Router and Switch Configuration
• PBX / Telephone Systems
• CCTV Systems
• Computer Hardware Troubleshooting and Repair
• Printers and Barcode Printers
• Basic IT Security and Troubleshooting
Qualifications & Experience
• Previous experience in a similar IT Support / Network / IT Administration role is an advantage.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Networking, or a related field is preferred.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and systems.
• Ability to travel between company locations when required.
Other Requirements
• Valid Bahrain Driving License – Mandatory
• Age: Below 30 years
• Candidates currently residing in Bahrain are preferred.
• Willingness to work outside normal working hours when required for critical IT issues or maintenance activities.
Salary BD 300 per month – Negotiable based on experience and technical skills.
