We are looking for a Facilities Engineer with solid technical Facilities Management experience to support and coordinate maintenance operations across a diverse portfolio of properties, including residential, commercial, hospitality, retail, and event facilities.
The role will involve working closely with site teams, contractors, and management to ensure that facilities are maintained safely, efficiently, and to the required standards. The successful candidate will be involved in planned and reactive maintenance, renovation and improvement works, work-order management, performance monitoring, technical troubleshooting, and contractor coordination.
The position also requires a practical understanding of asset management, maintenance planning, technical documentation, service performance, and compliance requirements. Experience with CAFM systems, data-driven FM practices, smart building technologies, and recognized FM, fire/life-safety, and building standards will be valuable.
We are particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate genuine hands-on experience in managing real facilities and resolving operational challenges, rather than experience limited to documentation or coordination.
