We looking for qualified and experienced professionals to join our Estimation & Cost Control Department in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Open Positions:
1- Cost Control Engineer – MEP & Civil
2- Mechanical Estimation Engineer
3- Electrical Estimation Engineer
4- Architectural Estimation Engineer
General Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in the relevant Engineering discipline.
Relevant experience in ’MEP Contracting & Construction Projects.
Strong knowledge of BOQ, quantity take-off, cost estimation, pricing, and tendering.
Ability to review drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
Good knowledge of the Saudi market, suppliers, subcontractors, and material prices is preferred.
Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and relevant engineering/estimation software.
Experience in MEP, Civil, and Building Projects will be an advantage.
Candidates currently available in Saudi Arabia are preferred.
