Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Senior Sales Engineer – Power Generation to drive sales growth of our diesel power generation, lighting towers, and related equipment and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in selling power generation solutions across Saudi Arabia, with extensive experience working with end users, EPC contractors, consultants, and major contractors within the oil & gas, petrochemical, utilities, manufacturing, mining, infrastructure, construction, marine, water & wastewater, renewable energy, commercial, industrial, and government sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the company's power generation business
Build and maintain strong relationships with major contractors across the target sectors
Promote diesel generators, lighting towers, and related services
Conduct customer meetings, technical presentations, and site visits
Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions
Negotiate commercial terms and close sales while maintaining targeted profit margins
Coordinate with engineering, operations, logistics, and service departments
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipelines, and CRM records
Ensure timely collection of payments
Mentor junior sales engineers and support regional business development
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline
Minimum 5–7 years of proven sales experience in power generation, diesel generators, and lighting towers within Saudi Arabia
Strong experience working with major contractors across the sectors listed above
Excellent understanding of power generation systems, project sales, and tendering processes
Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills
Valid Saudi driving license with willingness to travel extensively
Professional proficiency in English is required; Arabic is a strong advantage
