Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Engineer to join our Services & Rental Department, which specializes in high pressure air compressors and nitrogen services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in services sales within the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia, with strong experience working directly with key customers such as SABIC and Marafiq, plants, EPC companies, and major contractors in the oil & gas, petrochemical, and industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to promote and grow the services & rental business
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target sectors and EPC contractors
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Prepare and deliver technical presentations to clients
Collaborate with operations and technical teams to meet client requirements
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales
Ensure timely collection of payments
Report regularly on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 3–5 years of proven sales experience with regional key customers, EPC companies, and contractors in the Eastern Region
Strong technical knowledge of high pressure air compressors, nitrogen generation, and related rental solutions is highly preferred
Excellent network within the oil & gas, petrochemical, and industrial sectors
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Valid Saudi driving license with willingness to travel within the region
Proficiency in English and Arabic is an advantage
