RESPONSIBILITIES
• Plan and supervise daily scaffolding activities.
• Assign work to scaffolding teams according to site requirements.
• Supervise erection, modification, and dismantling activities.
• Ensure scaffolding is installed correctly and safely.
• Carry out scaffold inspections before handover and use.
• Ensure proper bracing, tying, access, and working platforms.
