Requirement:
Must be comfortable with fish handling, scaling, cleaning.
Hands-on experience in grilling, frying, and operating ovens and fryers.
Cleaning, scaling, and prepping fish Assist chefs with marination and cook orders to standard.
Station setup and help during peak service hours.
Maintain kitchen hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness of all equipment.
Support chefs and maintain speed during rush hours.
Prior experience in a fish restaurant is required.
