Candidate Requirements:
* Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in Indian cuisine
* Ability to maintain consistent taste, quality, hygiene, and presentation
* Experience working in a professional restaurant or commercial kitchen
* Good understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards
* Hardworking, disciplined, and able to work efficiently under pressure
* Valid Iqama with transferable sponsorship is mandatory
* Candidates currently residing in Saudi Arabia are preferred
