Packages required:
1. Cladding and stone - demount, cut, polish, refix, supply matching panel
2. Aluminium fabrication and black powder coating
3. Steel fabrication - galvanised angle backing frames and anchors
4. LV electrical - cable, containment, isolators, DB modification, testing
5. ELV and data - CAT6A, outlets, patching, certification
6. Access scaffolding - bridging scaffold to an inclined face above 3 m,
protection decking, hoarding (design and third-party certification required)
8. Plant hire - wall saw with wet cutting and extraction, core drill, manlift
Required: valid CR and VAT registration; workforce with valid iqama and GOSI;
ability to work nights; own transport, tools and PPE.
