Experience: Minimum 5 years of IT experience, including at least 3 years in Data Centers
APC Infrastructure Experience: Required
🎓 Education
BS or Diploma in:
Computer Science
Information Technology
Electrical/Electronics Engineering
Mechanical Engineering
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Data Center capacity planning and hosting requirements
Prepare racking diagrams and coordinate racking activities
Manage Data Center Operations shift schedules
Coordinate with OSP/ISP teams for interbuilding connectivity
Manage Data Center assets and vendors
Oversee Windows/Linux server break/fix activities
Monitor HVAC, fire detection & suppression, temperature, humidity, security and critical power systems
Ensure compliance with TIA-942 standards for copper and fiber cabling
Coordinate with hardware/system vendors including HP, Dell, SUN and Supermicro
Support preventive maintenance and day-to-day Data Center operations
💻 Required Skills
Data Center operations and capacity planning
Structured copper and fiber-optic cabling
Windows Server & Linux configuration/troubleshooting
MS Office
Basic knowledge of UPS, MV/LV electrical systems and chilled-water HVAC systems
Strong coordination and vendor management skills
⏰ Important: Candidate must be willing to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends and on-call rotation when required.
