Preferably has previous STC/Mobily/Zain/telecom contractor experience

Ability to work from drawings
3. Steel Fixer – Tower Foundation
Rebar fixing for tower foundations
Columns/pedestals
Generator pads
Drawing reading
4. Civil Foreman / Site Supervisor
Telecom site civil works
Foundation + tower erection coordination
Manpower control
Material/tools coordination
Able to coordinate with client/site engineer
5. Civil Engineer
Civil/site construction experience
Foundation and concrete works
Drawing/BOQ understanding
Inspection and handover
Ideally telecom-site experience
Each team will contain :
Site Supervisor / Civil Foreman 1 Telecom tower/site civil experience; can control all trades
Shuttering Carpenter 2 Foundation, column & generator-pad formwork
Steel Fixer 2 Tower foundation/column reinforcement
Concrete Mason / Finishing Mason 1–2 Concrete placement, vibration, leveling & finishing
General Helpers/Labour 2–3 Mixing/support, material handling, curing, cleaning
Tower Erection Technician / Tower Rigger 3–4 Specialist telecom tower erection, not ordinary construction labour
Rigger/Signalman 1 Tower erection and lifting operations
Painter 1–2 Steel/concrete surface preparation and coating
Waterproofing/Damp-Proofing Technician 1 Foundation/base waterproofing
Filler Board/Expansion Joint Worker 1 Can often be combined with concrete mason
