We are looking for an experienced Workday Benefits Functional Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Benefits implementation and configuration.
🔹 Key Requirements
✅ 5+ years of Workday experience
✅ Strong hands-on Benefits functional/configuration experience
✅ Minimum 3+ Benefits implementations
✅ Experience across Health & Welfare, Retirement/403(b), Insurance, etc.
✅ Current and active Workday Benefits Certification – Mandatory
✅ Hands-on experience setting up Benefits configuration
✅ Experience leading/supporting client design and customer sessions
✅ Open Enrollment experience is an added advantage
✅ Testing and data conversion experience preferred
✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✅ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
🔹 Preferred Profile
Candidates with hands-on Benefits implementation/configuration experience will be prioritized.
❌ Candidates with only general Workday HCM or support experience will not be considered.
