Position: Production Supervisor – Trailer Manufacturing
Duties and Responsibilities:
Daily supervision of trailer production and manufacturing lines.
Preparing and following up on daily and weekly production plans.
Assigning tasks to welders and technicians and monitoring completion rates.
Following up on manufacturing stages: cutting, preparation, assembly, welding, axle and suspension installation, painting, and final finishing.
Ensuring compliance with technical drawings and specifications.
Monitoring manufacturing quality, welds, and dimensions.
Tracking raw materials and reducing waste and rework.
Monitoring worker productivity and improving the efficiency of the production team.
Coordinating with procurement, inventory, and quality departments to ensure production continuity.
Ensuring compliance with safety procedures within the factory.
Submitting production, completion, and delay reports to management.
Required Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience in production supervision, preferably in trailer manufacturing or metal structures and equipment.
Suitable engineering or technical qualification.
Experience managing production teams, welders, and technicians.
Good knowledge of MIG welding processes, metal structure fabrication, cutting, assembly, and painting.
Ability to read engineering drawings and blueprints.
Strong skills in planning, time management, problem-solving, and quality control.
Proficiency in computer use and preparing production reports.
