🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction and building materials sector
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects, consultants, and project managers
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
• Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations, quotations, and proposals
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth
• Manage client inquiries, follow-ups, and after-sales support
• Ensure timely collection of customer payments
🔹 Requirements
✅ 5–10 years of experience in sales & marketing of construction materials / building products
✅ Valid UAE Driving License – Mandatory
✅ Strong network within the UAE construction industry
✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
✅ Self-motivated and target-oriented professional
✅ Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage
