Requirements & Responsibilities: Accounts/Accounting background is mandatory.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the hospitality sector.
Experience in rent collection, receivables, and follow-up of outstanding payments.
Coordinate and follow up on EWA payments and related accounts.
Liaise professionally with property owners, owners’ associations, tenants, and other relevant parties.
Maintain proper records of collections, payments, outstanding balances, and follow-ups.
Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
Arabic-speaking candidates will have an advantage.
