We are looking for a strong, hardworking, reliable, and physically fit Central Kitchen Worker & Cleaner to join our central kitchen production team.
This is a hands-on and physically demanding position. We are looking for someone who is willing to work hard, take on challenging tasks, follow instructions, and support the team wherever required.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily central kitchen and production activities.
- Prepare and process raw materials, including cutting meat, peeling and cutting onions, and other preparation tasks.
- Assist with both manual and automated production activities.
- Support the operation of production machinery and equipment as instructed.
- Handle raw materials and semi-finished products according to company procedures.
- Perform physically demanding tasks related to production and material handling.
- Clean and sanitize production machinery, equipment, utensils, work surfaces, and production areas.
- Maintain excellent cleanliness and hygiene throughout the central kitchen.
- Follow strict hygiene, sanitation, quality, and safety procedures.
- Take on additional production, cleaning, or general tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Salary & Benefits
- Salary: BHD 120–150 per month.
- Duty Time Food Allowance: Provided by the company
- Accommodation: Provided by the company
- Duty: 10 hours per day.
- Weekly Off: 1 day per week, subject to operational requirements and work schedules.
- Visa: Provided by the company.
- Private Medical Insurance: Provided by the company.
- Air Ticket: Provided once every 2 years.
Important: Hygiene and cleanliness are extremely important for this position. The employee will be responsible for maintaining high standards of personal hygiene and ensuring that machinery, equipment, and production areas are properly cleaned and maintained.
