Barista Role With The Opportunity To Learn Roasting

This is a specialty coffee shop and in-house roastery located next to Bahrain Fort, built for guests who are making an intentional visit rather than a quick stop. We are looking for a barista who shares that same appreciation for the craft.

The role involves:

Making and serving coffee
Operating the till
Monitoring stock levels and ordering supplies as needed
Regular cleaning of the tables
Customer service as well as dealing with queries and complaints
Ensuring the ambience amongst staff and customers is a positive one

Person specifications:

Enjoys manual work
Can work early shifts
Punctual
Fast learner
Organized
Task focused
Positive attitude
Has previous experience in the hospitality industry
A keen interest in coffee
