We are looking for a Maintenance Coordinator to support maintenance operations by coordinating preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities while ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards and maximizing equipment reliability and uptime.



Key Responsibilities 

Maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards. 

Coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities. 

Ensure equipment uptime and operational efficiency in production lines. 

Manage maintenance scheduling and resource allocation. 

Control maintenance costs and optimize spare parts inventory. 

Support continuous improvement initiatives and plant reliability programs. 

Facilitate communication between planning, production, quality, procurement, HSE and maintenance teams. 

Develop weekly and monthly maintenance schedules to minimize production disruption. 

Create, prioritize, and track work orders through ERP systems. 

Ensure routine inspections and servicing of dissolvers, mixers, pumps, mills, compressors and filling machines. 

Respond to equipment failures and coordinate corrective actions to restore operations quickly. 

Monitor inventory levels of critical spare parts and ensure availability without overstocking. 

Manage external service providers, contractors, suppliers and OEMs. 

Maintain maintenance records, logs, KPIs and prepare periodic reports. 

Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and reliability improvement projects. 





What We Are Looking For 

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering preferred. High Diploma holders with strong experience may also be considered. 

3–7 years of experience in maintenance coordination within manufacturing, preferably paint, chemical, or process industries. 

Hands-on experience with rotating and process equipment including dissolvers, mixers, pumps, compressors and filling systems. 

Familiarity with ERP systems. 

Strong understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance practices. 

Knowledge of HSE standards in chemical environments. 

Strong planning, organization, communication and coordination skills. 

Problem-solving and analytical thinking. 

Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems. 

Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities.
